An aerospace manufacturer requested a solution for CNC performance monitoring. Besides the solution implementation itself, we focused on a detailed analysis of unproductive time, waste identification and a preparation of a plan for OEE improvement. The client has managed to increase productivity and reduce organisational downtime.

  • real-time analysis of machine performance focused on unproductive tasks
  • transfer of the NC program to the machines using system cloud storage
  • team communication improvements leading to increased performance
