The customer - a company producing plastic parts for the automotive industry - needed to improve the management of preventive and corrective maintenance. After the implementation of the CMMS software Tinote, they managed to cut reaction times, streamline spare parts ordering and reduce production downtime.

Based on an initial analysis, the following solution was designed and implemented:
- implementation of CMMS software Tinote - to be used by two internal teams and an external field service organisation looking after several machines
- digitisation of working instructions, procedures and other documents
- ERP integration to manage spare parts records and ordering
- MES integration for automatic notifications of issues
